REVIEW MATERI SEMESTER 2

Materi pada semester 2 diawali dengan penjelasan dasar mengenai Microsoft Excel dan beberapa rumus-rumus yang digunakan.

Rumus pertama adalah VLOOKUP yang merupakan salah satu dari fungsi pencarian atau referensi saat kita perlu menemukan berbagai hal dalam tabel menurut baris. Kemudian untuk latihannya kita menggunakan data dari usaha transportasi bis, dan berbagai jenis data yang lainnya.

Rumus dasar VLOOKUP yaitu :
=VLOOKUP(lookup_value;table_array;col_index_num;[range_lookup])

Dalam pengaplikasian rumus VLOOKUP kita juga mempelajari penggunaan rumus MIN, MAX, AVERAGE, TRUE, dan FALSE. Selain VLOOKUP kita juga mempelajari rumus HLOOKUP.

Kemudian pada tanggal 9 Februari, kita diminta untuk membuat tulisan atau artikel sebanyak 1000 kata. Kita diberi kebebasan untuk memilih antara menulis sebuah review film atau menceritakan tentang diri kita sendiri, dan pada waktu itu saya memilih untuk menulis tentang diri saya.

Kembali lagi ke materi excel, selain mempelajari rumus VLOOKUP dan HLOOKUP kita juga mempelajari rumus IF. Dalam latihannya kita menggunakan data hasil ujian untuk menentukan apakah murid-murid tersebut lulus atau tidak berdasarkan persyaratan penilaian.

Setelah itu, pada tanggal 9 Maret kita diminta untuk menonton sebuah film pendek berdurasi sekitar 26 menit berudul SIX SHOOTER. Setelah menonton film pendek tersebut kita diminta untuk membuat reviewnya dan membuat postingan di blog tentang review film tersebut.

Kemudian pada tanggal 16 Maret, kita diperintahkan untuk membuat sebuah artikel tentang technology skills yang dapat membawa keuntungan untuk diri kita dan kemudian mempostingnya dalam blog kita masing-masing.

Pada tanggal 23 Maret dilaksanakan Ujian Tengah Semester, namun pada saat itu dosen yang ditugaskan memberi tahu tugas pengganti sebagai UTS telat menginfokan sehingga waktu kita telah terpotong 30 menit untuk mengerjakan tugas tersebut. Tugas untuk UTS ada 2 macam, yaitu membuat artikel tentang destinasi liburan favorit kita dan mengerjakan soal yang berhubungan dengan materi excel.

Beberapa minggu setelah UTS, kita mempelajari materi mengenai photoshop. Materi yang disampaikan yaitu tentang pengetahuan dasar penggunaan tools-tools yang ada di photoshop, Kemudian kita juga mempelajari cara untuk mengganti background suatu foto menggunakan tools seperti magic wand, dan beberapa brush tool.

Setelah materi dasar photoshop, kita diminta untuk presentasi sebagaimana jika kita menjadi sebuah agen tour and travel.. Sehingga dalam presentasi tersebut kita diminta untuk menjelaskan sebuah destinasi wisata, serta akomodasinya dan tips dan trick dalam berwisata.

ART SPACES

1. Affandi Museum (Jl. Laksda Adisucipto 167, Yogyakarta 55281, Indonesia)
Affandi Museum is a place where we can see all part of Affandi's life as a painting maestro. At the bank of Gajah Wong River, Affandi used to live, work, and transform his knowledge and now he lives in his eternal home there.

The architecture of this museum is very unique. Affandi made the design by himself. The roof of the museum looks like banana leaves. It is because banana leaves was used by Affandi to protect his painting in the past, when he still sold his painting in the street. So, after he had had his own gallery, he wanted to use the value of banana leaves that protect his art works until now.
3 Main Galleries
The first gallery was personally opened by Affandi in 1962 and was inaugurated in 1974 contains some of his paintings from the early time of his work to the late time of his life. 


The second gallery was inaugurated in 1988. It exhibits some of Affandi’s painting that are purposely to be sold and several of his old sketches.


The last gallery exhibits the paintings by Affandi’s children and wife.

2. The ARK (Jl. Suryodiningratan, No. 36A, Suryodiningratan, Mantrijeron, Yogyakarta City, Special Region of Yogyakarta 55141)

The Ark is one of the biggest contemporary art gallery in Indonesia. It was established by several Indonesian curators who had joint project to hold art exhibition. Before, it was located in Jakarta, but in 2013 it moved to Yogyakarta


Usually in one year they only hold 5 or 6 exhibitions and the duration for each exhibitions is four until six weeks. The artists who can hold an exhibition are selected by the curators. Since it is a contemporary art gallery it exhibits painting, installation video, drawing and photography.

3. Sangkring Art Spaces (Jl. Nitiprayan Rt 01/Rw 20 No.88, Ngestiharjo, Kasihan, Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 55184, Indonesia)
Sangkring Art Space was established on 31 May 2007 by Putu Sutawijaya. It has 3 main buildings.


The first space is the front building which designed in International standard


The second space is Sangkring Art Project, it is located on the second floor. Event that is held in Sangkring Art Project is not always in form of art exhibition, but there are  also some events like art performance, art collaboration, art presentation, etc.


The third space is Bale Banjar, adapted from Balinese local spirit that was brought by Putu Wijaya, this room was built as public space for Sangkring Art Space.

TIPS!!
•You have to look for the exhibition that is going to be held at the time you are going to visit.
•You may ask for Yogyakarta Contemporary Art map at the art space that you will visit.
•Ask for recommendation about art exhibition that is currently held and where it takes place.
•You have to arrange time estimation after you got the information about the exhibition.
•You have to be able to read maps and understand the direction. And if you still feel lost you could ask some natives there because the location is inside village complex.
•If you ride your own vehicle, you have to make sure that you have enough fuel in your tank.
•For the place to stay, you may look for homestay around Dipanjahitan Street. Or if you want to stay in a place that near many tourist attraction, you can stay around Malioboro.
